Jacksonville, FL – June 15, 2022 – The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) today granted K49A Media LLC a Gaming Service Provider Certification license. As a result, K49A Media may now secure revenue sharing agreements with approved Pennsylvania online sports betting and casino providers.
What is a Pennsylvania Gaming Service Provider License?
PGCB defines a Gaming Service Provider as a person who provides non-gaming related goods or services to a slot machine applicant or licensee. Gaming service providers must be either registered or certified by the board. Unlike the registration classification, the certification process demands a stringent review of the applicant’s business and personal background.
The Gaming Service Provider certification is good for 4 years. In the interim, K49A Media plans to begin ramping up its flagship website, SportsBetting3.com, to serve customers from the Keystone State.
