Indiana Sports Wagering Registrant License
On June 16, 2022, the Indiana Gaming Commission issued K49A Media a Sports Wagering Registrant certificate of registration. This certificate allows the company to conduct business as a marketing affiliate with any licensed Indiana sports betting provider. The registration expires when K49A Media LLC ceases doing business in the state of Indiana.
Arizona Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier License
On July 29, 2022, the Arizona Department of Gaming granted K49A Media an Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier license. This license allows the company to refer customers to licensed Arizona sports betting websites in exchange for a revenue share of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) compensation. The license expires on July 31, 2024 and may be renewed 30 days prior to the expiration date with an Application for Renewal.
